Service Description

Developer-first API that blocks free trial abuse by detecting disposable emails, fingerprinting devices, and scoring risky user behavior.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility requirements. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Account Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. API Keys: You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and must not share them with unauthorized parties.

API Usage

  2. Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our risk assessments or detections are 100% accurate. You should use our Service as part of a broader fraud prevention strategy.

  3. Service Availability: We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

Privacy and Data

  1. Data Processing: By using our Service, you acknowledge that we may process data submitted through our API for the purpose of providing our fraud prevention services.

  2. Data Protection: You must ensure that you have the legal right to submit data to our Service and that you comply with applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

Payment and Billing

  1. Subscription Fees: Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.

  2. Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused API calls. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

  3. Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. retryzero.com makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided through the Service.

Limitation of Liability
